Recent work

A commission completed for someone's wife for their anniversary, based on a few of her favourite things.

A painting for a first birthday and christening

A cross stitch portrait for someone's Birthday

I took my work into the camper van, so I had a nice little outdoor studio.

Winston came to keep me company! :)

Valentine's Commission

Sorry for the silence recently, I am a bit rubbish at keeping up with all things online related of late!

I was asked to do a 'retro' style portrait of a couple for Valentine's Day, a brilliant commission to receive and so much fun. This is what I came up with. Hopefully I'll get more commissions like this in the future.

Self-Portrait!

Just a quick one from me. I have recently been asked to do some illustrations for a book, that are in a sketchy style, and influenced by that I created this silly image of me. Starting to want to branch out from vector work a bit. I may even go and get the paintbrushes out!

Finished cross stitch

Anyone who follows me may have seen a previous post where I planned this family portrait out. It took me a good few weeks to getting round to doing it, but I managed to complete it the other day, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.  Now just to find the perfect place for it .....

Cross stitch

Above is my initial design for a cross stitch of me, Joe and Winston that I want to make and put up in the house.

I was inspired by the amazing cross stitch patterns by Wee Little Stitches  like the ones below:

Scooby Doo

Hellboy

The Goonies
